Made with the finest organic ingredients - Tiana fair trade raw extra virgin coconut oil, cold pressed flaxseed oil and olive oil - it is a natural source of Omega 3 and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

It is dairy-free and salt-free but tastes just as good as the high quality dairy butter, with the added benefits of essential fatty acids needed for the normal growth and development of children.

Spreadable at room temperature, this spread is excellent for use in sandwiches or on toast, as well as melted over cooked vegetables, rice, potatoes or pasta.
